Krista has spent all day every day with her mom since her diagnosis. We have reached the end of the third week. We did get to visit with Krista and her friend, Sheri, for a couple hours while we worked through the plans for wedding flowers. Of course, it was very difficult for Krista but she made good decisions and accomplished the task. Bless Sheri for not only bringing Krista to meet with us but for spending hours with her while she cares for her mom.
Father God, hold Krista near and sustain her throughout her WATCH. What suffering this disease brings. May Your Name be glorified throughout every step of this journey for the Waikel family. Through the name of Christ, Amen.
