Our Pelican Isle Women's Bible Study had a retreat this past Thursday. The speaker was a good friend of mine, Pat Norwood. Pat taught the first Precept's class I ever took -- Romans Part II. Plus, she baptized me in Lake Clearwater at our home in Indianapolis. She and her family moved within the past year to St. Pete Beach, Florida, so it was a 2hr20min drive for her.
We all had great fun and learned much we will carry into our daily walk with God. Thanks, Pat! The time we spent together was good for my soul.
