Those Carrots Becky Makes For Steve

2 # carrots (sliced thin and steamed)
1 m. onion (sliced thin)
1 m. green pepper (sliced or chopped)
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 T. Worcestershire
1 t. prepared mustard
1 can tomato soup

Cook carrots until just tender, mix with other vegetables. Mix remaining ingredients for dressing. Mix vegetables and dressing together. Better the next day.
